10.0Posizione comoda facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto con i mezzi pubblici. Stazione degli autobus per gite fuori porta a 10 min a piedi. Vicina al centro in 10-15 min. a piedi Supermercati vicini a piedi. Locali (tapas bar e ristorante) nelle vicinanze. Fermata bus per la spiaggia di Los Arenales e altre destinazioni vicina..Il centro citta è molto bello e vivace alla sera, specialmente al sabato..

9.0the apartment is located nearby the univeristy, and just a 10 minutes walk from downtown Elche. It is super comfortable, and has everything you need ... and more. The kitchen is fully equipped and has 99% of the stuff you'd need for a week's stay. I just hope the owners will continue to keep such a high standard because it is very much appreciated and makes the stay super pleasant.
− There is practically no insulation from noise coming up from the atrium which was audible even with the window closed, but really is a super minor discomfort and does not make me less likely to recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Elche.

10.0The place is very spacious and very comfortable, very clean too and very close to the city centre. Pepi and her husband were very kind and flexible with check in and check out times. The flat has everything you need. Very comfortable bed and it’s very quiet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Elche.
