The house is just a 1-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach at Camber Sands, which made everything so convenient – we were able to pop back and forth easily. The local bike trails through the fields are superb too; we rented e-bikes for our family and had a brilliant time exploring. We also took a kitesurf lesson at the nearby kitesurf centre and we’re already thinking about returning for that! The property itself is lovely, bright, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, the living areas are spacious and comfortable, and the bedrooms were perfect for our group. Everything felt clean, fresh, and thoughtfully set up. We especially appreciated the outdoor space and how welcoming the whole place felt. Flor & Niall are fantastic hosts – responsive and helpful with any questions. This is a true home-from-home in an ideal location for beach days, dune walks, or just relaxing by the coast. We’d definitely book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway near the sea. Excellent value for money too! Thank you for a memorable stay!

The location was superb as it’s so close to the beach with everything you need just a stones throw away. We were there during the heatwave and it felt like we were staying in any location on the Mediterranean. Such a lovely home with a lot of care and attention put into the design. Would thoroughly recommend.

The hosts were great and very responsive. Inside the property was lovely, very clean and comfortable. However, outside was very tatty. The garden furniture was rusty and garden chairs were unusable. Sadly the location was very run down and the people next door made some of our stay uncomfortable. an and comfortable.

Loved the back sitting room overlooking the garden area. We visited in April when spring weather was on the chillier side, however with sunshine pouring into the back room it was an enjoyable way to relax after day time excursions.

− Overall, every amenity was provided however we were a party of 5 and seating in the front room was not sufficient to accommodate all of us in the same room and watch TV in the evenings. We appreciated the cushions which helped improvise with additional seating.

Great location . Has absolutely everything you need . Lovely extra touches , like a selection of spices , olive oil etc .
