8.0The property was nice, clean, very well kept, light & bright, relatively quiet and in a neighborhood location very close to the beach and local restaurants. The Host Brian was pleasant, very helpful, available via cell phone and accessible for anything we needed. Jenelle (housekeeper) was also very pleasant & helpful, & she even drove us around the immediate area so we could get acquainted. they both answered all of our questions.
