7.0Poloha hotela je super. Hneď pred hotelom, je pekný park na prechádzku aj ihrisko pre deti. Blízko je aj reštaurácia, ale ak by ste chceli ísť je potrebná rezervácia. Je tam plno.
− Pri rezervácii si dajte pozor aký typ izby si beriete. Nie celý hotel je prerobený a my sme mali bohužiaľ izbu bez klimatizácie a bolo ozaj veeelmi teplo.

5.0Milý personál, čistá jedáleň a poloha v centre mesta. Recepcia a spoločné priestory na prízemí boli ako z 21. storočia - teda veľmi dobré.
− Ide o viacposchodový hotel. Na prízemí je to super. Naše 5. poschodie ale už bolo priemerné (zábradlia, koberce). Najväčšie 2 problémy boli: nefunkčná klimatizácia na izbe a osobitná platba za pobyt dieťaťa - bol som si istý, že za prenocovanie sme už zaplatili priamo na Bookingu. Personál si vypýtal 20€.

9.0дуже ,дуже задоволені! сподобалося все - розташування ,персонал чудесний ,чисто!!!!,обов'язково будемо зупинятися ще і ще раз ,відвідуючи Хорватію! ціна і якість послуг відповідний .Сніданок смачний! Красиве місто Чаковець.Обов'язково повернемось!
