The main issue during our stay was that the cooker was not working. I contacted them to request this be sorted, it took 13 days of several messages and stress before someone finally turned up. The timer on cooker was faulty/temperamental. We were staying at the apartment for a month and had to eat out much more than we wanted to at our own expense. Despite staying in for two days of our holiday for an electrician to come (but never arrived) and the huge inconvenience of no cooking facilities a small refund or compensation was outright and rudely refused. The owner advised us to use the microwave but it was in very poor condition and dirty. The bed is two single beds pushed together. It was very hard and uncomfortable. The only way to communicate with owners is via text and Google translate- no one speaks English. On arrival we had to stand at a gate outside the apartment complex for 45 minutes waiting for a man to bring the apartment keys to us. It was late, dark and cold! The complex is very tired and run down and it is not a quiet place! Some of the apartment owners have dogs, they bark day and night and we regularly saw a large brown dog walking around without an owner leaving dog mess on the paths and grass areas-in fact right outside our apartment one day, rather disgusting! The complex is on the flight path for the airport. Planes fly over every few minutes - it is not a peaceful location. This information should be included in the description of the apartment. There is no parking near the complex. The sun goes down around 2pm each day. No sun on the balcony after that (this was in February). The pool area is nice though. The kitchen is equipped adequately.
