Great apartment in Olomouc

The owner waited on our arrival and showed us the garage, the apartment and everything we needed to know. The bed was really comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need, location is near the city centre. Apartment is spacious and there is a balcony and air conditioning.

I'd happily stal again! :)

Communication and key Collection was on point. Place smells like new and it's really clean. Coffee machine and washing machine saved my days :)

Ubytování bylo čisté, funkční a se vším co by člověk mohl potřebovat, kuchyňský kout obsahoval veškeré základní vybavení. Postel pohodlná, mírně měkčí. Ubytování je blízko historického centra Olomouce a do 500 m od výstaviště Flora. Velmi jsme ocenili, že je pokoj vybaven vlastní klimatizací. Využili jsme i možnost parkování v kryté garáži pod domem.

− Na noční větrání otevřeným oknem to nebylo (zde se velmi hodila klimatizace). Z hlavní ulice před domem doléhá značný hluk aut a tramvají. Po zavření oken byl slyšet už jen tlumený provoz.

Radek is a very welcoming, humble host and his apartment is well situated and very well equipped: Radek waited for me in front of the apartment complex, handed over the keys and explained everything to me in a mix of English and German - even though he says that he doesn’t speak these languages that well. He is quick to reply if you have any questions before, during and after your stay. He also let me check in early and check out late making it really easy for me to align my stay with already booked train connections. In the apartment can cook, wash laundry and watch TV/stream your content, if that’s important to you. There is also enough counter space everywhere. I also very much appreciated the aircon because it can get quite noisy once you open the window to the street. I will gladly come back one day - highly recommend.

− This is more FYI than really disliking any if it: Mattress was a little too soft but that’s personal preference. Aircon and fridge can get noisy which might trouble light sleepers - nothing earplugs can’t fix though. Shampoo and shower gel were not provided. Printed instructions/information on the apartment were only provided in Czech but as mentioned before Radek will explain everything to you upon arrival and you can use a translation app if need be.
