7.0Location was perfect. Rooftop bar was lovely. Room spacious and clean.
− 50% deposit required before arrival was a real pain. My bank held the payment due to the war and I was constantly stopped by reception during our 8 night stay asking where it was, even though we had paid the other 50% on arrival. Kind of tanished the stay and cost me a lot of money to resolve calling the UK. Not sure why this is necessary when Booking.com hold our card details. Room service was hit and miss, had to chase often for towels.
