9.0Personnel accueillant Très joli cadre Dîner au restaurant excellent, nous soulignons une excellente cuisine
− Je pense que la Direction pourrait employer 1 à 2 personnes supplémentaires pour permettre au personnel de répondre favorablement aux demandes des clients, notamment lorsqu’un buggy est nécessaire pour rejoindre le restaurant. Une amélioration pourrait être apportée : - remettre le formulaire du petit déjeuner dès le matin ou avant midi pour permettre aux clients de le renseigner et de le transmettre dans les délais impartis (avant 21h00).
Très belle structure en pleine nature .
9.0Accueil très agréable , nous avons rencontré un problème personnel , les 2 personnes de l’accueil ont tout fait pour nous aider à le solutionner . Chambre très agréable , de belle dimension . Spa également très agréable .
− L’eau de la piscine ne semblait pas propre. La restauration aurait pu être meilleure .

10.0Tout est superbe aussi bien le lieu que le personnel , c st un endroit magique c’est juste magnifique. Les lits sont très confortables et la piscine est magnifique, le petit déjeuner est très varié et très copieux , n’hésitez surtout pas à faire un massage les filles sont hyper professionnelles, je n’avais jamais eu de massage comme celui la.
