7.0Loved how the villa was right by the sea and its so calm and quiet. Staffs were excellent though, very pleasant and helpful despite calling them multiple times to clean the room or pool. Breakfast was excellent as well. They even serve it in our room on our last day.
− I feel like the villa has such a great potential, but i was a bit dissapointed by the cleanliness of it, especially the bathroom. The moment we entered, it felt like the room has been used frequently without proper cleaning as floors were sticky, grime up on the bathroom walls and a distinct unpleasant smell. Soap dispensers were not topped up as well. Had to call the staff a few times to clean the bathroom.

− Lack of facilities Poorly maintained Not clean - the fridges were poorly maintained and the ones in our room had food scraps and sticky substance which cause ant trails in the room. Floors felt sticky and towels had stains

− transport to the property is not provided. Costs 450,000 one way from Tanjung Pinang terminal. Only has 1 restaurant to serve food. Ought to pay for room service. Grab food not available as it is far away from everything. Not very responsive when texting them on booking.com

7.0The room is spacious and comfortable. Clean and wifi worked well. The rooftop area and balcony opening up to the pool and sea were lovely. Unique room types. Friendly staff, room service very fast.
− A lot of insects in the pool, I did not feel comfortable getting in. And even though all doors were closed, lots of flies at night. Like a lot. Food was not that amazing, could be better. Breakfast spread was good, but taste could have been better.
It was amazing! Loved the staff, food was quite good too! Will be back!
