9.0Great location with true ski in/ski out convenience and easy access around Snowshoe. The unit was comfortable overall, and communication from the management team was excellent throughout the stay. Check in and check out were both very smooth.
− There were a few maintenance items that need attention. The sofa bed mechanism was not functioning properly, the shower drained slowly, and the toilet required multiple flushes. However, the host responded professionally and acknowledged the issues immediately.
Our stay was amazing and it was just delightful. It also snowed which made things so much better.

6.0The location was perfect and the property had everything that we needed. The amenities were also nice. We had some issues and the host was very quick to respond.
− Unfortunately, the heating system did not work. It snowed our entire stay and the temperature outside was in the single digits. The lack of heating really affected the comfort of the property. The host communicated to the best of their abilities to get the issue fixed but we spent two nights without heat. In the end, we were given two space heaters for our last night. It would have been nice if the heating system was checked before our arrival or if the space heaters were available in the room. Another small issue we had was the amenities access key. There was some miscommunication between our hosts and the building staff members about where we could locate our key. We contacted Josh for our key who stated it can be found at the front desk. However, the front desk workers stated the keys can be found in the room and it would not be at the front desk because our room was affiliated with booking.com. In the end, the manager got us our keys the next day. The miscommunication made it slightly difficult to get our keys but our main complaint is the room heating.
