5.0Die Lage ist super.
− Die Wohnung war nicht so ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Es fehlte der Backofen, Bettwäsche haben wir erst bekommen nachdem ich mit dem Vermieter der gleichzeitig Hausmeister ist diskutieren musste. Die Wohnung war richtig dreckig. In den Sofaritzen war schon fast ein eigenes Leben. Gerade mit Kindern richtig ekelig. Der Vermieter war mit Vorsicht zu genießen und hat sich sehr aufgespielt. Haben später auch erfahren, dass er keinen guten Ruf hat. Allgemein ist das Haus gut, aber die Wohnungen von anderen Vermietern sind mit Abstand besser.

6.0Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, man ist schnell auf dem Deich und schnell im Zentrum.
− Ein paar Gerätschaften haben nicht so richtig funktioniert. Die Wohnung hat kein WLAN, was nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist.
