View, balcony, all tile floors, allowed pets, easy check-in, everything worked in the house. AC was very cold. Kitchen fully stocked and plenty of towels.

− Bedroom smelled like dog pee so bad, we gagged. And we had to remove the bed skirt and rug from the room and place on the porch.

Close to beach

− first of all, I was not happy that my room got changed before we got there. I told the lady just to make sure it's on the same side meaning same view. she gave me the complete opposite. what's the whole point of letting your customers choose what room they want for then. I wanted a view not to see neighbors or people in the pool. then getting to the room the code I was given did not work, the two gentlemen at la copa were able to fix that right away. the Sunday morning the AC stopped working so all day Sunday and Monday we were without AC and had to sleep with both sliding doors open because it got too hot. good thing the cool front came in. And the closest were full of stuff.. especially the walk in closer. It looked more like a utility room full of paint, buckets. We had suites, and dresses that needed to be hanged and no closet had room for that.
