9.0What we loved most was the apartment's location; it had a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and the Terrazas Club, where tennis is played. Ivan was always attentive to any questions !
A pleasant apartment with a nice owner.
10.0Space, location, comfortable bed, safety, peace, communication with the owner. Ivan allowed us to move in earlier, but we reciprocated by checking out earlier to accommodate the needs of other people who also wanted to check in earlier. I certainly pull return, this time with my wife.
− Suggestions for making stay even better. The cost is minimal. A new skillet, a toilet brush to clean poop in a commode, inodoro. A plunger since water does not move well. These are necessities. New bulb in the bedroom facing the street. Small items easy to fix. Thank you for a good stay!!!

10.0The view was spectacular. The apartment is spacious and clean. The owner is extremely helpful and quick to respond to all queries. They catered to an early check in for us which was greatly appreciated. The location is fantastic. 10/10

10.0The apartment was on the 12th and top floor of a building, accessible via an elevator or stairs. We arrived earlier than check-in time and Yvan was kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the apartment and change our clothes for others more suited to the temperature of Miraflores and the rest of our activities. The place was very quiet and comfortable and spacious! The view from the living room is beautiful! Our stay was short and we were not very present at the apartment except to sleep. Our sleep was peaceful! Yvan was very helpful in answering all our questions by text message, but especially by well-detailed voice messages. I recommend this apartment very well located!
− Our arrival was a bit chaotic with the building’s concierge, but we contacted Yvan and everything was settled quickly. Nothing else negative!

8.0Perfect location, 3 minutes walk to Malecón and few blocks from the entertainment and restaurant area The apartment is equipped with washing and drying machine and a full kitchen. The building is secured 24 hours Yvan is very responsive, even prior to arrival.
