− Wir haben 2,5 Stunden auf die Schlüsselübergabe gewartet. Der Vermieter ging die ganze Zeit nicht ans Telefon. Erst über die Beschwerdeseite von booking.com war ein Kontakt möglich. Wir werden es uns gut überlegen, ob wir nochmals über booking. com buchen.

− I travel a lot since many years, and it is the first time that in an accommodation I don't find toilet paper and hands soap. There was not even linen for the sofa bad (only a blanket). The price was high for what we had.
