Not a good value for money
1.0− The BBQ pit provided was really rusty and there’s a hole on the bottom, that if i want to put charcoal, it will fall under. There’s a centipede in the kitchen. The living room’s air conditioner is not suitable, leaking happened during my stay. Technician said that the horse power is only 1.0, which is not suitable for living room. When we contact the staff regarding the issue for BBQ pit, the staff replied with “customer before us are happy with the condition of BBQ pit” “it’s already like that” as in implying that the condition of BBQ pit is already bad enough when they first bought it. Security deposit are given late, when they promised “24 hours after check out time”. They gave it 43 hours after my check out time, and didn’t even share receipt. I had to check it myself.

− Few things to improve. 1. Master bedroom aircond not cold at all. 2. The toilets are not clean. 3. Centipede(Lipan) in the house expecially at night, we killed more than 5 centipede in 2 nights. 4. Water pressure is very low for the entire house. Other than this, everything is good.
