Excelente ubicación y vista, requiere algunas mejoras
8.0El departamento es muy amplio, tiene una vista preciosa y está ubicado en un sector excelente de Balneário Camboriú. Es un lugar con muchísimo potencial por sus espacios.
− Necesita renovar parte de su equipamiento. La estufa y la lavadora están muy desgastadas, los cubrecamas son deficientes (son mantas de polar). Mejorando esos detalles, sería un lugar perfecto.

10.0La ubicacion es privilegiada, y la vista al mar mucho mas
− Difícil acceso a las cocheras con vehículos utilitarios o camionetas, un laberinto, lugares muy chicos para estacionar . El depto la heladera tenía varios años , no enfriaba bien en su parte inferior, casi nada , y el freezer medio nomas.

1.0Localização fantástica, equipe que atendeu educadíssima.
− Limpeza precária, eu fiz fotos e vídeos, apartamento com bolor na paredes (mofo), muita poeira, ventilador tinha tanta sujeira que dava nojo, apartamento não tem tomada do padrão novo com 3 pinos e com isso dificulta para carregar celular! Não deixaram papel higiênico no banheiro.

Great apartmente facing the sea and amazing facilities.
10.0Incredibly well located right in front of the sea. It has a parking space which helps a lot. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Going in and out of the building was pretty easy and very safe. Would recommend to family and friends.
− Lifts can get extremely busy, with waiting time of about +20min at times, so if you are on a high floor, it can be challenging.
