− Marks on the wall, uncomfortable beds, en-suite shower is broken and temporary fixed. Host has a ring door bell outside the property looks at it regularly as every time we would leave or enter received a message. Normally air BnBs charge for the place not by person we had to pay an extra £99 for 2 people last minute who had to sleep on a sofa bed room had no curtains. Overall for 1 night cost us over £450! That’s with a slight discount!

− The freezer didn’t shut, half the handles on the cupboards were hanging off freezer full of ice. Sticky work top fridge was disgusting and random stuff in all the cupboards
