Lovely stay overall but some disappointments with cleanliness.
5.0Overall we had a lovely family holiday. The location was fantastic and overall facilities on the site were good.
− The caravan was nice and a good size for our family, however we did have to complain regarding the cleanliness of the caravan, which resulted in the cleaners revisiting. The living room bed had crumbs in it and there were stains on the bed sheet, which meant one family member had an uncomfortable nights sleep on our first night as it was unusable. We were without WiFi the whole weekend and the fridge wasn’t working at full capacity, not keeping our food and drinks cold. There was dust on work surfaces and crumbs in the cutlery drawers.
