The Property itself is a really nice caravan, the decking is a bit rickety but the location is lovely. The fact each was a separate room was great and the bath was very helpful with young kids!

− During our stay we had no hot water, maintenance and 2c Holidays were very responsive however could not be fixed so was a bit disappointing to come on holiday to have to boil the kettle to wash. Also they ask you to leave it tidy but the hoover provided didn’t work either.

− Repairs to outside decking stairs and hand rail dangerous,window would not open in en-suite and the shower didn’t work

− We was told an hour before we got to the van that there was seagulls nesting on top of the caravan, what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend away because unbearable the birds did not stop squawking and was very aggressive on walking in and out of the van, we could not sit outside to eat as the Would swop down the van itself was in poor repair no curtains on one of the lounge windows that faced the road so at night we could not have a main light on. The rail on the steps was so wobbly it was not safe to hold it, the curtains in the kitchen were dirty and the table was holding on by lose bolts, bathroom window would not open

The caravan was clean the living room was a room separated from the kitchen

− Could of done with some air fresheners was stuffy, need’s curtains on one of the windows,couldn’t use the decking as there was seagulls nesting on the roof of caravan kept warning me off any time I was outside and did in fact attack twice! Was hoping for restful weekend it was anything but, yes I was informed but was offered no alternative, I do feel my money would have been better spent elsewhere,I understand nothing could be done about the seagulls but that weekend was all I could afford this summer

Great location

− Our caravan had nesting seagulls who attacked us every time we entered or left the property. Impossible to sit outside.

Lovely caravan comfortable and warm bed nice and comfy everything we needed for our short stay

− Carpet in living room a bit stained but otherwise all was very good
