− The on site shop didn’t stock much. There was no instructions to work the fire and took a while to find boiler I think a induction list would be a nice welcome when arriving

5.0The caravan was beautiful, everything you need. Food good in restaurant. Kids entertainment early in the evening was good . Entertainment after bingo was good.
− Having to walk out of the caravan park up a hill to find no signs telling us where the entertainment was . We had 4 small children , 3 being 4 years old, we had no car. Far to far to walk, should be all together, especially walking in the dark a long the road. We were given no entertainment pack ,no map , nothing, as there is no reception on the Breydon site. Bingo boring for me and especially the children. Swimming pool floor slippery, dirty with black marks ,looked like chewing gum or something disgusting. Sand on floor of baby pool. Couldn't get fire to work or radiators, no instructions. Could only get normal tv to work, Couldn't get Netflix or anything else to work.

Clean and cosy caravan – but not ideal for families with children

− The caravan itself was very nice – clean, cosy, and comfortable. However, I wouldn't recommend it for families with kids. During our stay, my 6-year-old son and 17-year-old niece were calmly playing with a ball for about 10 minutes in an open area, without causing any damage or disturbance. Unfortunately, the neighbours on the left were extremely rude and called us names, including calling the children "pigs." They also have two dogs that were constantly barking and running around off-leash. This was particularly stressful as my son has asthma and a severe allergy to dogs – but we didn’t complain about that at the time. If you want a peaceful, stress-free holiday, I would suggest avoiding this particular caravan. Otherwise, you may end up spending your time quietly inside, feeling like you have to hide, just to avoid confrontation. The neighbours claimed they were the owners and acted as if they could do whatever they wanted.

− Ants in the caravan and company had emailed beforehand to say nothing they could do and bring your own ant powder! We put down an ant trap that cleared them in 12 hours. This should have been done before our arrival.
