Beautiful location. This cabin was probably really something in its earlier days. And it’s still pretty impressive now. Another thing; the hosts were extremely gracious with respect to our arrival. I almost had to cancel because my Siamese cat had escaped two nights earlier and we were still looking for him.

− While the property certainly met (and even exceeded) expectations, there were some things in obvious disrepair. Sometimes the illusion is only as good as the unit’s current condition. And I fully suspect these are temporary issues but I did notice; particularly the broken swing on the upper deck. I had really been looking forward to sitting out there with my buddy and having a couple beers. The other part is definitely not their fault (and does not factor into my score) but we apparently got there on Chinese new year and the family staying in the cabin right down from us were partying the entire time and completely disrupting the “peace and tranquility” vibe that I was going for with this trip.

EVERYTHING!!! First when I checked in I’m a say the pictures don’t do this cabin justice it’s so beautiful!!! I loved everything it wasn’t nothing I would change. It was an easy entrance the host communicated the check in process very clearly. The cabin was so neat the host keep the property up. This was a perfect pick for a couples trip. It was a group of 12 and we still had more space for others. It was a trip for my husband birthday and he enjoyed it as well. The host communicated the whole trip which I loved the communication was 20!! They let me know if it was anything I need give them a call. I even loved the outside set up the firepit the outside table the hot tub the lights. The game room is also a nice touch. Yes I will revisit this cabin I’m already trying to pick out dates. Give this property a try I promise you want regret it. Thanks to the host for sharing your beautiful home with us. I wish I could give more than 5 stars cause it’s so deserved.

The house was even more beautiful in person, although the view was a little different since the pictures were taken because the trees have grown since then and block more of the mountain view, still gorgeous though! The host was super helpful, we really only had one big problem and he had someone there to fix it within an hour so no big deal. We saw a bear on the back deck which was scary and amazing! We had plenty more than enough room for all 8 of us and super comfy beds. There were minor things that need some tlc (the hot tub jets only worked in two corners, the handle of one jacuzzi tub was broken)but honestly, I totally understand cause it's a large place and I'm sure a lot of people stay there so of course little things happen, none of it affected our stay or affected the fact that we would love to stay there again some time!! Truly wonderful ❤️

− Really the only thing I didn't like was the drive to the cabin, but that's simply because I scare easy! It IS very steep and very curvy and only one lane. But it's pretty and paved and, according to my husband and oldest son, it's actually a fun drive. But my old crown vic made it safely up and down multiple times so not complaining. Just letting people know that it is steep and curvy, but totally worth the view and the house.

It was clean and spacious!! We also left a beloved stuffed animal and they are sending it home to us through the mail!!💜
