Lovely Family Break
8.0We found the Caravan to be well equipped including having a freezer. It was spacious enough for 6 of us to stay comfortably and the beds were comfortable.
− The heating came on every time we used the hot water even though the heating switch was turned off which we reported but nobody came to look at it. Also there is a issue with the Fridge not keeping the food chilled, we tried turning it up but to no avail.

9.0It was clean had all we needed (except an hair dryer). Liked the fact it had 2 double beds and the layout of the 3rd bedroom.

I was completely devastated after being in hospital for 11 months due to a terminal brain tumour on
3.0I liked the caravan very much it was lovely and clean and well catered for with everything needed for cooking and homely essentials.
− I was very disappointed that there was no entertainment passesi included in with the price and I was not made aware of the £100 deposit until I arrived and that it had to be paid on a bank or credit card to which I don't have. I was looking so forward to this break as I had just come out after being in hospital for 11 months due to a terminal brain tumour and i haven't been on holiday for 17 years so as u could imagine you I was so excited but I end

8.0The caravan was close to the club but far enough away to sleep without noise, the facilities in the area were good if you have children a little further past the club were fairground rides again for the kids
− The stream at the back wasnt really looked after it looked messy and overgrown which spoilt the view but other than that we enjoyed our stay.
