離CIQ很近，但是新山缺乏人行道規劃，又四處都是工地，帶著小孩很危險，所以之後都搭Grab，距離並沒有成為優勢，很可惜

− 床和沙發應是便宜家具，不舒服還會發出聲音，窗戶非密閉、隔音不好

10.0The proximity to the checkpoints, the cleanliness, ease of checking in and out, comfortable beds and ease of getting around.
− It can be a little noisy due to the proximity to the CIQ cos of the trucks honking but its bearable and everything else was good. Also, maybe can leave a few extra garbage bags so we can change when the bin is full.

− Some windows in the living room were opened but they were too high to reach to close them
