− Que tuvimos que esperar 2 horas para el cheking, por que había gente ocupando la habitación a la hora que nos correspondía, todo lo demás, excelente!.

We got the good quality appartment, but were not able to use the swimming pool. It is a big "No", aspecially if you pay a few thousand euros for the stay!

− The ladies from the " Ivan Luxury Homes" speak very poor English but it was not a problem as I did google translated for the communication... The real big issue was the fact that we got offended 2 times by a guard who watched the swimming area. On the first occasion he did not like my six years son using swimming circle. And said that we need to leave the swimming pool as we break the rules as according to his interpretation it is a "mattress"... That was not a problem for him that many other people often jumped into the swimming pool ( but because they were Spanish, so it was OK), but as my little boy used the swimming support - then it was not OK because we spoke no Spanish but English.... In another day when we ware there chilling out under umbrella, next to swimming pool - he started his shift in the afternoon. One of 1st things he did was coming to us and telling we need to leave as we break the "no eating" rule. It was 31 degrees Celsius, we had with us our 6 years old son and yes - we had a bottle of water but to stay hydrated. We did not do any picnics or drink alcohols or did anything else that would be really badly abusive. Yet I showed to the guy that 2 other groups of people who had bottled water with them, but he did not say anything to them. This is purely discrimination. After having some argue with the idiot we left the swimming pool area and went to the seaside. I reported these issues to "Ivan Luxury Homes" , mentioning they also have the CCTV there so can do their checks, but they did not respond within next couple of days till end of our stay. We did not use the swimming pool area since second incident as my wife and 6 years old boy felt very uncomfortable to go there again.

− El horario de entrada y salida no son adecuados. Entras a partir de las 16:00 y el día de salida hay que dejar el apartamento antes de las 10:00.
