3.0Sehr gute Lage zum Strand und in die Stadt. Die WohnKüche ist sehr geräumig.
− Wichtig zu beachten ist, es handelt sich nicht um zwei Zimmer im herkömmlichen, sondern nur um ein großes Zimmer mit einer Art Glastür dazwischen. Diese kann man schließen, dann hat das eine „Zimmer“ aber kein Fenster mehr und das andere ist sehr klein und ohne Schrank. Die Terrasse liegt direkt an dem Hauptweg zum Strand, so dass jeder hier vorbeimuss, in Ruhe draußen sitzen kann mal also nicht. Man muss zusätzlich eine Kaution hinterlegen, von diesem Geld wurden einfach 200€ nach unserer Rückkehr einbehalten. Erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen habe ich die Erklärung erhalten, dass Booking der Unterkunft zu wenig zahlen würde und daher den Gästen dies zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt werden würde. Dank Booking und meinem Kreditkartenanbieter erhielt ich das Geld letztendlich zurück, aber sehr unnötiger Stress und sehr dubios.

7.0Gut ausgestattet bis auf fehlende Mikrowelle. Highlight ist das japanische WC.
− Wohnung liegt im Tiefparterre, der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Strand führt direkt vor Wohn- und Schlafzimmerfenster vorbei. Dadurch eingeschränkte Privatsphäre. Für vier Erwachsene nicht geeignet, allenfalls für 2 Erwachsene mit zwei Kindern. Waschbecken und Armatur im Bad müssten ausgewechselt werden.

10.0Noch nie eine so gute Ausstattung gesehen! Sehr sauber, nah am Strand.
− Wir hatten Nachts ein Fenster komplett auf, weshalb eine Katze herein kam -> Tipp: Lieber das Fenster nur auf Kipp machen. Das Bett bzw. die Matratze(n) ist sehr hoch, also für kleine/eingeschränkte Person möglicherweise eine Hürde.
