Bad caravan. Great location
1.0The location was perfect. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Cleaner was lovely, did her best for us. The size of the caravan overall is big, and the dining area is brilliant if we could have used it. The living room was spacious and fairly clean.
− Caravan with mould, dirty, broken(chipped) plates and cups. Mould on curtains and walls. Smelt like an old cellar, replaced by more mouldy curtains. After the cleaner had been out, Knifes were all dirty left on magnetic, not even been washed after being used. Didn't use the kitchen at all after looking around. Microwave sounded like it was about to take off, sofa bed wasn't usable at all. Rug had visible dirt marks and stuck down mats at door looked like never been moved, Paid £75 damage charge of which i started to question why. 🤔 lamp shade broken bed was broken, too. No shower mat, no bin, smell of caravan was over powering had sleep with windows open, didn't even take our bags inside the caravan they stayed in the car wouldn't recommend.

9.0Great caravan, in a great location. Beds are comfortable and it was very clean. We didn’t use the kitchen apart from the kettle, but all looked great.

5.0The location was perfect. The site was a lovely site. Club with bingo and food. The caravan was a nice caravan.
− The caravan was a nice caravan but unfortunately especially with the £75 deposit you have to pay on top of the stay cost, I would expect it to be 100% clean and not have broken items within the caravan. I completely understand the reason for a deposit for if things are broken but when you turn up to screws sticking out of the wall and door handles not on, curtains rails hanging down it does make me question my deposit cost. The floor and rug was visibly dirty not just the odd bit. Which was very disappointing. We took our own bedding and towels but were unable to locate the spare pillows for the living room sofa bed, which in the end we didn't use as it was very thin so we covered the sofa over and used that instead. With a little TLC and clean up the caravan would be perfect for a family to stay there for a week. We had plenty of space in the caravan unlike some we've been in previously. But most importantly we enjoyed our little holiday 😊
