Bad beds!!

− Uncomfortable mattress on the double bed. The bunk bed was unstable and felt like it would fall apart. No hoover to clean our mess especially as we were there for 4 nights with 3 kids. And tried contacting the host a few times and with no reply
Do not book - disgusting venue. Black beds with pillows non existent. When we looked at the mattresses they were black a
1.0Absolutely nothing - it’s disgusting. This place is. It habitable for anyone to stay in. Do not book this place.
− Dirty, bed black and broken. Windows broken and cracked and unsafe. Cooking facilities dirty, broken and unusable. Sofa was dirty and not as advertised. The pictures and reality couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s disgusting and the corridors smell of cannabis.

Terrible communications
1.0Arrange to stay from 8 o’clock in the evening and paid then I didn’t get the code for the key box until close to 11 asked for a refund it was refused.
− The amount of waiting time before I got a code for the key box, he didn’t stay in advance so I needed to give my identification even though I declared that I was booking for another person
