4.0Té una bona ubicació en la zona d'interès Facilitat d'aparcament Té un supermercat aprop
− L'equipament de la cuina és absolutament deficient, falten plats, tasses, gots, alguna olla encara és d'alumini (material no saludable per cuinar). La neteja del cel obert és deficient, està molt brut. Faltaven mantes o farciment de funda nòrdica en alguna habitació, i els coixins eren de mala qualitat. Els banys els manca mampara (les cortines no són higièniques), i també hi falta algun moble auxiliar per poder deixar el necesser o la roba de recanvi. El mobiliari en general de la casa, inclòs el porxo, és vell i de mala qualitat. No hem pogut connectar el TV. Per l'estructura de la casa pots sentir perfectament les converses i sorolls de la casa veïna.
