3.0− Lack of cleaning in common areas , slow service in restaurant and limited options available in menu. Yoga area and showers to beach lack mantainance.

10.0el hotel estaba increible, el personal estupendo, atento a cada cosa que necesitaramos, todo super limpio diario y las amenidades que ofrecen 100/10, la vista del cuarto magnifica y el espacio tambien, sin duda vuelvo a este lugar tan hermoso para quedarme más dias!!
− que el restaurante cerraba muy temprano y la tienda si estaba algo lejos, pero pues es algo que se podia resolver, solo nos hubiera gustado tener algo de comer en la noche , pero era avaricia, todo estaba excelente en este lugar

10.0Había algún daño de una tormenta. El hotel nos subió a un suite más grande con una vista maravillosa. Los empleados fueron los mejores. Es muy relajante, nos gustó el ambiente de ropa opcional.

Excelente opción en Zipolite con vistas espectaculares
9.0Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el personal es sumamente cordial, buscan como hacer de tu estadía muy confortable, las áreas comunes del hotel están muy bien decoradas y la vista al mar es espectacular.
− La ubicación es un problema, si bien da mucha privacidad, no es fácil ni accesible llegar aún con automóvil porque los espacios de estacionamiento son limitados e incomodos,
