− Garden had rats in and out the property, and he does not refund you will not be staying again
Sadly not for us. Style over substance and more rules than a small communist country.
7.0I liked how close it was to where we were visiting, the decor is amazing.
− The amount of rules and regulations, even almost threatening email from the owners over noise before we had wven arrived, made us feel on edge all the times. My daughter dropped a fork whilst drying up and cried because she thought we would get in to trouble, because of the noise meters in the house. Also the hot tub is regulated on times. Between 9am and 10pm when we out at those times just made it pretty pointless. And when we were there at 9.15 in the morning and wanted to use it, the water level was so low the jets wouldn't work correctly. Why oh why were there 4 double beds in the house but each had a single duvet on. My wife and I ended up having a duvet each l, which again is ludicrous
all in all a fab stay everything you needed everything spotless we would definietly stay again
10.0location was great parking across from the property and a pub you could order food ,super market close by everything you need

− We received very strong instructions about acceptable noise levels during our stay - we tried our best to comply but whatever noise we may have made was no doubt drowned out by the noise from the main road and the pub opposite when their band was playing on the Friday night - its not a quiet property. Appreciate it was exceptionally hot weather during our stay but the upstairs bedrooms were unbearable - some more fans would have been very much appreciated. It didnt bother us too much but it is not really a property that is suitable for 4 individual adults. which is what I booked for, especially when you are of the older generation! perhaps my misunderstanding on that part.
