Ottima posizione ma struttura non efficiente e personale assente

La posizione centrale

− Non c’era acqua calda nella doccia e non sono stati in grado di ripararla per cui dovevamo scendere a fare la doccia in una camera posta al piano inferiore. Non c’era un tostapane. Non c’era un bollitore per l’acqua ed il sistema che avrebbe dovuto sostituirlo non funzionava. Personale contattabile solo via SMS. Ci hanno proposto un cambio di appartamento ma quello proposto era decisamente inferiore come superficie e spazi abitabili e senza dubbio di costo inferiore rispetto a quello che abbiamo pagato.

location is exelent (if you are staying in Delft) clean and has ben renovated ( that looks good) there are washingmacine and fridge for a extended stay. bathroom is bright and clean there are room for 4 people, with sleeping loft the keys are number pads

− the number pad for the room was broken ( happens) the front door could be litle more obvious ( had do walk around the house to find it, could be a sign in the foier) the table was set, ( so If you had to clear it if you wanted to use the table) we did not spend enoug time there :) these are observations and not dislikes. 8

Good but could be better

Location was good. It was clean. Staff were helpful but only available by phone.

− Noise at night from the bar next door. No couch or comfortable chairs to sit in, just kitchen chairs.

Location and cleanliness

− Very disturbing loud ventilator noise on the roof which was constant and vibrating through the cieling (no possibility to turn it off). It was a real problem at night because we could not sleep.
