8.0The hlotel itself is in a great location and the staff were friendly A special mention goes to the restaurant team — our waiters Michael (Croatia) and Leonidas (Greece) were absolutely outstanding. Friendly, attentive and always with a smile, they remembered our preferences from day one and made every meal feel special. Their professionalism and warm personalities were a highlight of our stay. Thank you both — you are a true asset to Hotel Wulfenia!
− The hotel itself is in a great location and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately the quality of sleep let us down. The mattress in our room was worn out and uncomfortable — too soft and sagging in the middle — which made it hard to get a proper night's rest. For a hotel where guests come to recharge after a day in the mountains, this is a real drawback. I would suggest the management invest in replacing the mattresses. Otherwise, the stay would have been much more enjoyable.

10.0Прекрасный отель превзошел ожидания! Все от заселения до выезда на 10 и выше баллов! Прекрасная команда, великолепное обслуживание в ресторане. Еда супер! Мы много путешествуем, но такого прекрасного сервиса не встречала давно, как будто были у родных в гостях. СПАСИБО ОГРОМНОЕ. Номера большие, чистые ,комфортные, приятный бонус: велкам набор в холодильнике! Отдельное спасибо всем менеджерам и администраторам на рецепции( нечаянно забронировали на 1 человека) , но все решили мгновенно и это лучший отдых. Вернемся однозначно! Не раздумывайте, бронируйте!!

10.0Vrhunsko usposobljeno ter prijazno osebje. Posebej bi se zahvalila za pristno prijaznost receptorki (Artemis iz Grcije). Upam, da sem pravilno zapisala. Prav tako hvala natakarju Mihaelu za izvrstno postrezbo ter kratke pogovore. Hrana izvrstna. Zagotovo še prideva. Valerija in Željko.
