7.0The location was good as we were heading to Wembley for a concert but the neighbourhood itself felt a bit rough.
Ideal location, but desperately needs some tender loving care and a good clean.
4.0The location is ideal for concert goers at Wembley stadium. A not very long walking distance.
− The entrance was filthy and not welcoming with overflowing garbage bins and weeds. Fitted carpets with a visible stain. Bed linen not fresh. Lack of hot water and soap. Garden in a state of abandon with 3 feet tall weeds. Black mould in the twin room which also had bad mattresses. No sound insulation with the neighbours. We could here them literally as if they're in the same room.
Okay, for the price, but it could have been better.
6.0Conveniently located to the underground station, local eateries, and a supermarket. The size of the apartment was sufficient for a family of 5. Kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery were clean, and so were the bedding.
− The frontage could be tidier. A neighbour accused me of putting the bin bags outside of the bins when we never did. Though it was advertised as having access to a private backyard but it was overgrown with grass and shrubs. The toilet didn't have a lock, so it was the case of announcing to the family when one had to use the facility.
Owner not so reliable
4.0Location. It's near the supermarket. The accommodation is big enough to accommodate 4 people. It has all the cutleries needed.
− It was difficult to access the property, although the owner gave instructions, which were not clear. Luckily, our driver helped us; otherwise, we would have spent the night outside in the cold. We tried to call the owner, but he was not answering. For 2 days, there was another guest on the 1st floor who was very, very loud, it was 3 am and we could not sleep.
