1.0The apartment was clean and well maintained
− I strongly don’t recommend on this place. The apartment itself is clean, well maintained, and clearly prepared with care. However, the location is very far from central Manhattan — about 40 minutes from Times Square by the subway. And the nearest station is 20 minute walk from the apartment. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a very disturbing incident immediately after exiting the nearby subway station, close to the apartment. A person lying near the exit pulled down his pants, apparently for sexual purposes in public. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, and we decided we could not continue our stay. We contacted the host and explained the situation. Given the circumstances, we even offered to absorb half of the rental cost and asked for only a partial refund. Unfortunately, this was refused. We were very disappointed with the way the matter was handled, as we felt our concerns were not taken seriously and no fair solution was offered.
Comfortable, Clean and Convenient
9.0Nora & Hugh's place was a lovely place to stay. There were lots of small details that we appreciated like the snacks, coffee machine, toiletries and the towels were folded in a lovely manner.

Perfect, would definitely recommend anyone coming to NYC to stay here.
10.0The apartment was clean and very luxurious. We also had a lot of facilities, which made us really enjoy our stay.
− Everything was prefect, however maybe a washing machine being included in the facilities would be a bonus.
