9.0It was winter when I checked in! I haven’t arrived yet. The staff has turned on the heating for me! It‘s really thoughtful！

10.0Was so quiet and comfortable, the staff were absolutely great, so friendly and accommodating. Simon even took the kids around the park on his little buggy which they haven't stopped talking about. This will definitely be our stop over everytime we travel through to Melbourne. Right next to the giant koala. Was a perfect place to stay.
