− Just a few housekeeping notations; fixtures (towel & toilet paper holders) in bathrooms were loose. Drain in shower needed cleaning as water pooling backup was happening. One fan in sunroom not working and lights/fans in upstair bedrooms weren’t coordinated with remotes? One came on at five thirty in morning several times Suggesting for house to be checked as we were in it when the earthquake happened. The whole house shook. Praying no damage.
The property is absolutely gorgeous, very clean and has every little thing for a careless stay. Highly recommended.

− The small side of the road to the house that just have a cord between the road and the small hill, just makes me nervous. Master bathroom shower is supper clogged. We tried to use it one and water got about an inch or two very quick, didn't use it again after that!

10.0The supplies were wonderful! We needed for nothing. Our favorite rental in Maggie. Only a small thing, the kitchen garbage can was broken. Everything was delightful. We loved it and will highly reccomend. Thanks, Corey at PMI!

10.0This is a very beautiful, spacious and comfortable house. This house was very clean and also had everything you needed to prepare meals. And the views of the mountains were amazing. We really liked the privacy and at the same time quick accessibility to the city. I would really like to come back here again.

9.0Everything. Very clean and comfortable
− No noise after 10pm. We are on vacation would like to still be able to listen to music after 10pm. Also, the shower downstairs was clogged. Good thing there are two other bathrooms so no biggie!!!
