great location, great space, would come visit again
10.0location, location, location. It is great for dinagyang festivities we loved that it was very close to the path of the illumination parade. its also walkable to the festive walk mall and there was even a food festival right in front of the condo.

Perfect apartment in Iloilo
10.0Very lovely apartment with a great view and a nice balcony. Sleeping arrangements were perfect and the location superb. We really enjoyed our time there!

8.0The property is in a great location at walking distance to the festive mall and few minutes by taxi to SM City. The unit is spacious and rooms are or good size. There are 2 bathrooms which have enough space to move around with excellent water pressure with hot and cold shower. There are air-conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room which made the stay comfortable as it was too hot in Iloilo during our stay. The unit has a god size living area and a nice L shaped balcony over looking the pool. It has a small kitchen however complete with utensils and appliance that we needed. The bedroom has 2 Queen size Beds including plenty of pillows which were comfortable. The host provided extra towels and extra sheets which were a bonus. The unit has double locks making it safe and secure. The Palladium also has a nice pool. I also like that the Palladium staff were polite and helpful. The host was responsive and easy to talk to. Overall we had a fabulous stay. The unit was in a convenient location with lots of restaurants, entertainment hub and taxi services nearby. It is very clean and well presented with modern furnitures. I highly recommend this accommodation if you are visiting Iloilo. We will definitely consider staying here again.
− Nothing that I can think of however, there's opportunity to improve if there are night light or a lamp in the bedroom so we don't open the bright lights when a family member is already asleep in one of the beds. A washing machine would also be helpful if staying more than a week. Also maybe just a quick wipe of the bottom cupboards just slightly dusty.
