9.0De rustige ligging en de mooi ingerichte kamer.
Incredibly beautiful, fully-equipped room
10.0The room is incredibly beautiful. It is very well designed and it is clear that someone has put great thought into making it feel like a professional interior designer has spent weeks creating it. The room also had everything I could ask for: a great desk to work, coffee/tea, a couch, shower, wardrobe...., it wasn't just a bed and that's it. Location is great if you are visiting for the university, which I was. But it's also ~15 minutes to city center. A bus stop with 4/5 buses is located within 5 minutes from the apartment.
− I didn't like how loud rain was in the room... Room is located at a loft of a building and if it is raining hard it is very loud!They do supply ear dampening to make up for it.

10.0Prachtige kamer in een zeer rustige (groene) buurt. De kamer was zeer proper en verzorgd. De binnenstad van Utrecht is ongeveer 20 minuutjes verwijderd van deze kamer. Onderweg ontdek je heel wat leuke restaurants en speciality coffee zaken! Mireille is een aangename en vriendelijke host die je met een brede glimlach ontvangt! Kortom: een grote aanrader in Utrecht!

9.0Very nice location, 20 min walking to the centre. We enjoyed it very much. It was very calm and pleasant stay. The room is meant to be for a couple,we did not realize:) We did not expect open bathroom, but It was ok. The owner was very helpful and kind.

Die perfekte Homebase
9.0Das Dachgeschoss-Zimmer im Haus von Mireille ist toll. Gemütlich, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Und mit einem herrlich breiten Kingsize-Bett. Wer sich die Lage auf der Karte anguckt, muss wegen der nahen Bahnlinie keine Sorgen haben: Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist sehr wenig zu hören, bei geschlossenem Fenster ist uns gar nichts aufgefallen. Und die Straße selbst ist extrem ruhig. Mireille als Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und reagiert extrem schnell, wenn es Fragen gibt (und hilft z.B. mit einer Luftpumpe aus!). Dass sich die Toilette (zur alleinigen Nutzung) auf dem Flur befindet, hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Das obere Stockwerk ist angenehm separiert vom Rest des Hauses. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur wenige Minuten in das absolute Zentrum der Stadt. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!
