Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung
1.0Die direkte Lage zum Strand und der Ausblick vom Zimmer waren wirklich sehr schön und empfehlenswert.
− Wir haben ein Zimmer mit „Frühstück inklusive“ gebucht. Vor Ort erhält man jedoch lediglich einen Gutschein über 200 THB pro Person. Die Preise im Hotel zeigen klar, dass dieser Betrag kein Frühstück abdeckt: Ein Kaffee kostet 120 THB, das günstigste Frühstück (Bananenpancakes) 180 THB und ein Omelett 250 THB. Es ist also nicht möglich, ein einfaches Frühstück ohne Aufpreis zu bekommen. „Frühstück inklusive“ wird damit faktisch nicht erfüllt. Frühstück gibt es ab 9 Uhr, für Abenteurer und Frühaufsteher nicht geeignet. Da Frühstück nicht möglich war, haben wir den Gutschein für andere Speisen genutzt. Eine Pizza kostete 280 THB (ca. 7–8 €), hatte jedoch nur etwa 18 cm Durchmesser. Preis und Leistung stehen hier in keinem Verhältnis. Die Abläufe und die Umsetzung der angebotenen Leistungen sind insgesamt nicht angemessen. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer alle zwei Tage gereinigt wird – das wurde nicht eingehalten. Am zweiten Tag erfolgte keine Reinigung und es wurden keine frischen Handtücher bereitgestellt. Dennoch ist positiv hervorzuheben, dass das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Beim Check-out gab es ebenfalls Probleme: Ein Taxi war für 9:30 Uhr vorbestellt, Check-out war um 9:00 Uhr. Es war jedoch niemand an der Rezeption anwesend. Wir mussten den Schlüssel einfach unbeaufsichtigt ablegen, obwohl dies persönlich am Vortag abgesprochen war. Zusätzlich gab es Katzen auf dem Gelände und direkt vor den Bungalows, ohne dass darauf bei Buchung hingewiesen wurde. Für Allergiker ist das ein ernstes Problem. Insgesamt entspricht die Unterkunft in keiner Weise den Erwartungen oder der Beschreibung. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.
really amazing accommodation.
9.0Our room was really stunning, big and overlooking the sea. Comfy beds as well, the pool was beautiful, staff friendly.
− We paid for breakfast on the website, but when we got there we were given 200 baht vouchers to utilise for breakfast, the problem is that 200 baht will not cover a coffee and a dish. So i thought this was unfair.
