− I still haven't received a refund for my deposit (800 pounds)....more than 3 weeks after leaving. No one is answering my messages.

− The deposit still hasn’t been returned - for no reason. The keys are collected off site about a five minute walk away.

6.0Gute Lage. Innenhof war schön.
− Ausstattung war schlecht unterhaltet. Keine Leselampen beim Bett. Stehlampe im Schlafzimmer war defekt, im Wohnraum keine Glühbirne. Warm in der Wohnung. Schlechte Lüftung. Hat gerochen wie in einer Küche von den anderen Wohnungen. Bett eher klein für zwei Personen.
