10.0Very amazing service! Even though they dont have luggage storage, Dan and Jessica helped me with my luggage while i was in Ometepe! So welcoming and nice. Highly recommend

9.0It was so nice to relax at this lovely oasis away from the humidity and noise of San Juan, especially after staying in more basic accommodation up north. Great location close to all the cafes, beach, but removed enough to enjoy quiet time. The apartment was very clean, with all the useful things one needs when travelling; power points, hanging & storage, fridge freezer, air con & ceiling fan, cooking utensils and great coffee. I loved that there were yoga mats for use! Owner Jessica was available if needed, very friendly and dealt with a minor tap issue very promptly.

− לצערי החוויה שלנו הייתה מאכזבת מאוד. הזמנו דירה פרטית, אבל בפועל קיבלנו שני חדרים נפרדים שנראו מוזנחים ולא גמורים. הקירות היו עם בטון חשוף וצבע מתקלף, ובכל המקום היה ריח חזק של טחב. חדר הרחצה היה ברמה נמוכה מאוד – ללא מנעול בדלת, ללא וילון למקלחת, ללא חלון וללא אוורור ראוי. אחד הדברים שהכי אכזבו אותנו היה המטבח. בפרסום הוצג מטבח פרטי עבור שני החדרים, אך בפועל מדובר במטבח משותף שנמצא בלובי של המתחם ומשמש כמעבר לכל הדיירים. בנוסף, הוא היה מאובזר בצורה גרועה – לא היו מספיק סכו”ם וכלי מטבח, לא הייתה מחבת, לא היו מספיק כיסאות, ולמרות שהיינו ארבעה אנשים היו רק שני כיסאות. המטבח היה לא תחום וללא מיזוג ואיוורור ראוי. כשבישלנו המטבח התמלא זבובים בכמות מטורפת. גם הבריכה לא תאמה את מה שציפינו לקבל. במקום בריכה פרטית, היא היתה בחצר המעבר לקומה העליונה. בנוסף, לא הייתה שום פינת ישיבה נורמלית שבה יכולנו לשבת יחד. בכל חדר הייתה רק מיטה וחדר רחצה, ולא היה מרחב משותף ונעים לשהות בו. לאורך כל השהות הרגשנו חוסר פרטיות. פעם ביום בעלת המקום או בן זוגה היו מגיעים למתחם, מסתובבים ונכנסים לאזורים המשותפים , שאמורים להיות פרטיים עבורנו, בזמן שאנחנו מבשלים או נמצאים במקום, בלי סיבה ברורה, מה שיצר תחושה לא נעימה שהם באים לבדוק אותנו. בנוסף, הרגשנו שמצלמות האבטחה מנטרות אותנו באופן קבוע ברמה שבעלת הבית העירה לנו על זה שלא סגרנו את האור במטבח, וגם כשישבנו ליד הבריכה הייתה תחושה לא נוחה שמישהו צופה בנו כל הזמן. בסופו של דבר, המקום לא תאם את התיאור שהוצג בהזמנה, והפער בין מה שהובטח לבין מה שקיבלנו היה משמעותי. לצערנו, לא היינו חוזרים להתארח כאן ולא היינו ממליצים עליו לאחרים.

10.0I loved everything about this place, the apartment was big and very comfortable, Jessica helped me to check in earlier than usual, which was very much appreciated. The walk to the market, the beach and restaurants was 5 mins away, and the area was quiet. All in all I would return again.
