Short stay on our way up north.
5.0− The bbq at the campers kitchen didn’t work. Booked a double room and when we checked in we were told the room had 2 single beds even though we booked 5 months ago.
Good facilities, indifferent customer service
3.0all ok overall, nice grounds, good facilities when we could access them
− customer service was indifferent and cold by Dutch (?) lady. English lady very warm and represented the company well. Oven not working reception commented they will fix it for next customer (didn't help our meal prep and no apology for the inconvenience). Also facilities were not available like pool was not open during stated opening times with no care about providing access - it seemed it was an inconvenience for us asking. BBQ ran out of gas/ power mid way through cooking. Was surprising as seemed to be maintenance staff every where, yet basic facilities had these issues. Over all decent for the price, just let down by indifferent customer service.

9.0Location, beach, pool and accommodation. One bed units were great, new and near the play area.
− Not keen on the accommodation that was right up the back. I got this as it had 2 queen beds but wasn’t told it had stairs and a timber floor that was very noisy walking on it.
