10.0A lovely little ground floor flat. Very clean and comfortable with a private garden. The location is excellent, lots of shops and a 10 min walk to the beach. Very quiet area. Easy to get to Brighton Town centre. Even though it was fairly hot, the flat remained relatively cool.

Fabulous Hove flat with garden 😀
10.0Perfect accommodation in a good location, just outside the hustle and bustle of Brighton but with plenty of good places to eat and drink nearby . Just a short walk away from Hove beach and Hove gardens and with a lovely enclosed garden of it's own, it's the ideal place to stay with our dog . Inside everything is very clean and comfortable, with everything you need to make yourself feel at home.I can honestly say it's the best accommodation we have stayed in the area and hope to return soon. The host is lovely too, made everything very easy and a pleasure to engage with.

Good to know
Well-behaved pets are welcome, but unfortunately I can't accept puppies. Please follow these rules regarding your pets:
1. Don't let pets get up on the furniture as it can cause problems for other guests with allergies.
2. Clean up thoroughly after your pet and check that no little surprises have been left in the garden before you leave.
3. Don't leave your pets unsupervised in the flat or the garden as they can cause damage when left alone in an unfamiliar place, even if they are fine when at home.
4. There may be an additional cleaning charge if there is hair, mess or pet odour left behind. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
