We arrived at the villa as two families. This was my first experience of living in a large villa and I am very glad that I got my first experience in such a wonderful place. This is a real gem for Turkey. the owner has provided absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. We didn't have to worry about the minutiae of everyday life. The villa consists of 3 floors: the ground floor includes a huge kitchen, a living room, an entrance hall and a toilet. The upper floor includes 2 bedrooms, 2 large baths and a huge loggia. The lower floor includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a utility room. there is also a convenient garage for the comfort of your car. the pool is well maintained. there are no unnecessary things on the territory, everything is very appropriate. We had a rest in May for the Eid al-Adha holiday. It was very quiet around, despite the fact that the Bodrum region was crowded with vacationers. You can also walk to the very convenient rocky beaches in 10 minutes on foot. and in 2 minutes on foot you can climb to incredibly beautiful views of the entire region. The villa also offers wonderful views. the house was perfectly clean. all appliances and plumbing were working properly, which is a huge rarity in Turkey. The owner speaks excellent English and cares about the comfort of his guests. If I ever go to Bodrum again, we will definitely stay at this villa.

− Upon arrival, it was difficult to find the villa at the address from the brochure. Considering that it was hot outside and the roads were winding, it wasn't very comfortable looking for an object. you need to request the exact GPS coordinates from the owner or his assistant. if you can't find it, then don't try to find the villa at the address, it's very difficult. it is better to contact the owner, he is always in touch. It was the only uncomfortable moment during the entire stay.

Останавливались на 3 ночи, были на своей машине. Большая вилла, чистая, очень красивый вид! Вилла полностью укомплектована и даже больше, как-будто я приехал к друзьям пожить ) У нас огромный опыт и есть с чем сравнивать. Есть гараж для авто. Зона вокруг бассейна деревянная, что сводит вероятность падения ребенка к нулю - для нас это было важно. Хозяин всегда был на связи по любым вопросам. Отличный и гостеприимный человек! С удовольствием остались бы еще, но у нас график бронирований дальше ). PS. Разрешил выехать позже срока выселения. Для нас это важно - ребенок спит во время чек-аута )

Large modern villa, set in a quiet residential area, there was a small shop in walking distance. Great views of the mountains and sea. Lots of great places within a 20-30 min drive (hire car a must). the Vila was clean on arrival, easy to check in and there was good communication from the local agent who was very helpful.

− Overall a great place to stay but it was a little bit out the way from any major restaurants and shops, this was probably not helped by April being out of season so not everywhere was open. Garden was nice but the decking round the pool needed attention.

Super Villa in Akyarlar

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa gehabt. Der Besitzer Herr Mert war zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen. Der Ort Akyarlar ist sehr schön. Man konnte jeden Tag an einen anderen Strandabschnitt fahren (alles unter 20 Autominuten zu erreichen). Es gibt zahlreiche Supermärkte in der Nähe. Man kommt von dem Ort sehr leicht nach Yalikavak, Bodrum Stadt, Turgutreis, etc.

− Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg. An manchen Tagen war es sehr windig, weswegen wir die Außenanlage nicht immer nutzen konnten. Es gibt aber einen Windgarten, in dem man sitzen kann. Zudem benötigt man dringend ein Auto, um das Haus zu erreichen.

Super clean and a great size (we were 6 but definitely enough for more) Host was super helpful met us at property on arrival and helped us when we were getting groceries also very responsive throughout stay

− Location is a little far from city centre but worked well for us as we preferred this Best to rent a car and the villa has a garage as well but otherwise could not fault this
