1.0This is a very old and poorly maintained property. The listing states that there are separate bathrooms; however, in reality, only one bedroom has its own toilet and bathroom. The remaining bathroom is located in the laundry area, and after every shower the water floods and remains standing on the floor, which is completely unacceptable. In addition, management constantly makes various excuses to demand extra payments and attempt to charge additional fees without proper justification. This behavior feels unprofessional and exploitative. I strongly do not recommend this property.
