− Das Quatier war nicht sauber, gemeldete Mängel wurden nicht behoben. Die beschriebenen 2 Badezimmer waren nicht vorhanden, lediglich eine 2. Toilette (da hat aber die Spülung nicht funktioniert) im EG. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist nicht bzw. nur sehr zögerlich.
