10.0Wspaniały klimat miejsca. Piękne położenie, a sam apartament zaprojektowany funkcjonalnie i z dużym estetycznym wyczuciem. Cicha ulica. Blisko piekarnia, niedaleko też dzielnica z restauracjami, barami.
− Sypialnia od reszty oddzielona jest tylko częściowo ścianą, bez akustycznego odgrodzenia - dobrze o tym wiedzieć w przypadku więcej niż 2 osób, choć dzięki temu sam apartament jest bardziej przestrzenny.
