10.0Lovely apartment, very clean, great communication from the hosts. Location was in easy walking distance of the main shopping centre and also the Utilita arena.

− Cold when we arrived. Sofa needed cleaning, seat cushions slipped off and it was not nice what we found.
Pedro was really helpful and the accommodation is immaculate

− Courtyard unkept, locks broken on window, bathroom quite small, bed in main bedroom needs to be replaced. Area around apartment strewn with rubbish and uncollected garbage bins
The owner/runner of the apartment is excellent and responsive.
9.0Nice owners, clean, responses quickly
− 1) kitchen equipment is to be improved. Three of five pots are burnt, frying pan is scratched, no spoonula, spatula is broken, no dry dish rack. 2) no lighting at kitchen sink, can’t see the stuffs clearly 3) the heater at living room is not enough, especially for the nights below 5C.
