10.0It’s architecturally beautiful, very well decorated, and has all the right features.
− It is remote and it’s not in the security estate so safety can be a concern.
It was perfect for what we required - a private stay for a special birthday celebration.
9.0One cannot fault the estate or the scenery. The house is extremely comfortable and every need is catered for. The fittings and furnishings are of exceptional quality and tasteful.
− It would have been nice to receive some supplies for the first day, like wood and coffee capsules, dishwashing tablets (these were provided the next morning), especially considering the price range of the property. We've become used to these basics being provided. We found the lighting in the living areas inadequate, especially in the kitchen. We are foodies and it was difficult to cook and chop.
