Custo e beneficio. Com pequenas coisas para melhorar

− Bem ótima localização. Apt bom mais com umas coisas que pode melhorar iluminação do quarto e do box de banho são muito fracas. Tampa do vaso desconfortave e a lixeira do banheiro precisa ser de pedal para não aver contato com a mao na tampa. Precisa também um terminal se carregador de celular nas nas tomadas. Mais ótima acomodação custo e benefício.
